For clients or therapists - these double-sided posters cover three ways I recommend using eye switching, providing clear and practical guidance on how to continue your progress between sessions. I do a lot of teaching in session and I appreciate that it can be difficult to remember it all - especially when your trauma is activated or you are feeling overwhelmed. Displaying these posters can be helpful in those moments when you want to reduce the intensity of your trauma but can't remember how to do so in that moment. You can also just keep a copy somewhere that is accessible to you or as part of a crisis plan for overwhelming emotions.

For OEI therapists, you can give these posters to clients after teaching them the techniques, or display them in your office or waiting room.

If you are using them for your own trauma healing, display in places where you will see them regularly or where you need to manage overwhelming emotions most often. I recommend pairing the poster with our OEI stickers to hekp remind you of these technqiues when you need them.

Equip your space with this informative tool to support continuous healing and resilience.

Each poster is 8 inches x 11.5 inches.

Free for current counselling clients - just ask for them in session. Free shipping for virtual clients.
