For clients or therapists - these stickers can help remind people to belly breathe to calm the nervous system. Useful for when overwhelmed and thinking clearly is difficult, and for learning a new trauma coping strategy.

 

For therapists, you can give these stickers to clients after teaching them the practice, or display the stickers in your office or waiting room.

 

If you are using them for your own trauma healing, display in places where you will see them regularly or where you need to manage overwhelming emotions most often. You can check out our resources page for instructions on how to belly breathe.

 

Each oval sticker is 3 inches x 2 inches. Bulk orders are in sheets (e.g. 50 stickers will arrive as 5 sheets with 10 stickers on each).

 

To reduce waste, we don't overstock. Your order may need to be printed and may not ship immediately. We aim to complete you order as soon as possible.
